Follow the steps below to get started with FarmOps.
What you will need:
- Your ICBF login details
Steps:
- Locate the Play Store/App Store on your phone and search for FarmOps. Alternatively, click here, enter your phone number and we'll send you an SMS with a link to our app. Install the app and open it.
- Enter your phone number when prompted. We'll send you an SMS with a 4 digit code. You don't need to remember this code, we'll send you a new one each time you login.
- Once you receive the SMS, enter the 4 digit code in the FarmOps app.
- Continue until you get to the ICBF login. Enter your ICBF login details and press Yes when prompted.
- Next, you will be asked if we can send you push notifications. These alerts will allow us prompt you when you have key farm tasks.
- We will now start to load your herd details. This process may take some time to complete as we are loading all your herd details for the first time. It is significantly quicker on subsequent app uses.
- Pretty soon, your task list will load, and you'll be ready to start your FarmOps journey!
Troubleshooting:
Didn't get your 4 digit code?
- It can take up to 30 seconds for the SMS to be delivered.
- Check your phone number was entered correctly into FarmOps
- Check the SMS app on your phone to see if the message was delivered there
- Try re-sending the 4 digit code from the FarmOps app
Can't remember your ICBF login details?
- Your Username is your Herd Number (BTE number) and your password is a minimum of 6 characters
